MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Our membership is open to all individuals who are working in earnest to build a legal and ethical multi-level marketing business. However, membership in MLMS.ORG is subject to the sole discretion of MLMS.ORG ownership and management. Applicants who are promoting any venture, which we determine to be potentially or outright illegal or unethical, will not be approved. We do not consider affiliate programs, downline builders, or multi-level ebook resale schemes to be true or legitimate multi-level marketing businesses, so applicants submitting them as qualifications for membership eligibility will not be approved. We do not discriminate against any potential member for any reason of race, religion, age, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, or political views. We do screen all applicants based on their answers to questions given in the initial membership application in order to verify that they are indeed real people, and are active and legitimate multi-level marketers. We do this to screen out spammers who would attempt to use our web site to post objectionable, illegal, and/or abusive messages, links, and advertising to our site. If you feel that your application has been denied unfairly, please email us. We do reserve the right to terminate individuals who we feel have been deceptive about their status to gain access to our site for the purposes of abusing our web site facilities or its members. And we reserve the right to terminate any member for any behavior we deem to be abusive, or which violations of our terms of use, or ethical standards. Currently, membership in MLMS.ORG is free, and there are no purchases required to join.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Considering the real-time nature of discussion forums, and the tremendous volume of entries they can potentially generate, it is impossible for us to review every message or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that MLMS.ORG management and staff are not always available to actively monitor the contents of and are not, under any circumstance, responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

All classified advertisements and business directory listings require approval. We do screen them for suitability and appropriateness, and reserve the right to refuse any classified ad or directory listing. We will endeavor to approve and publish content and ads as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee any particular timeframe within which these tasks will be completed. We may require that ads or listings be modified before they will be approved and published. Classified ads and business directory listings may require periodic renewals. Each member may maintain up to 10 classified ads (each ad must be unique, and be for different types of products/services) at one time. Each member may have one business directory listing per MLM business in which they are involved (to a maximum of 5), each posted in to up to 2 under different categories for free. For example, members cannot post the same ad or listing five different times for the same product in the same category. Also, listings must be placed in appropriate categories. Each member may maintain only one free banner advertisement in rotation on our site at a given time.

All content and messages express the views of the author of the message, and not necessarily the views of MLMS.ORG. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please understand that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

Although MLMS.ORG may attempt to review some of the content and posts submitted to the site, it may not be possible for us to review each and every message in detail or at all that is submitted or posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever.

You must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any content you provide or post. MLMS.ORG shall not be responsible for any content. MLMS.ORG does not necessarily prescreen or monitor all content as a matter of policy, but MLMS.ORG shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to remove content which is deemed in sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this agreement or any rules MLMS.ORG has in place at the time. You agree, through your use of our website, that you will not post or submit any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or which otherwise violates any law.

You agree, through your use of our website, that you will not post, submit, or upload any files or links that may cause damage to our visitors, other members, MLMS.ORG owners or staff, or to our website. These include, but not limited to adware, spyware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, dialing programs, etc.

You agree, through your use of our website, not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or MLMS.ORG. Furthermore, you agree that you will not upload or transmit any content to MLMS.ORG that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party.

You understand that MLMS.ORG does not pay for or offer to pay royalties or fees for content submissions. The submission of articles, advertisements, forum posts, or listings is a service that is provided by MLMS.ORG to assist its members in promoting their MLM businesses, building community identity, and encouraging rapport and communication within MLM industry. By submitting Content to MLMS.ORG you automatically grant or warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted MLMS.ORG the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content.

You agree, through your use of our discussion forums, not to post blatant advertisments in the forums. We provide other opportunities for you to promote your MLM business in our classified advertising and business directory listings, so please utilize these methods rather than spamming our discussion forums. Links to your business website with a brief message are permitted within your signature file.

You are entirely responsible and liable for all listings and postings to MLMS.ORG . Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in MLMS.ORG deleting your postings, or refusing content submissions. You agree not to submit content or posts which contain any of the following while posting to the forums, submitting any content, or submitting any ads to MLMS.ORG:

• Profanity in subject lines or signatures, or profanity within messages deemed to be blatant as opposed to incidental 
•  Spamming or commercial solicitation within the MLMS.ORG forums
• Promotion of any illegal Ponsi schemes, illegal pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
• Flaming other members with the apparent intent of inciting or perpetuating a conflict or argument
• Bombing forums or individual threads with repetitive, pointless posts
• Posting pornographic or otherwise objectionable material
• Any content made under secondary usernames or other aliases
• Any content which is completely unrelated to the forum or section in which it is posted
• Excessive cross-posting (this is considered spam)
• Content or posts which breach another member's privacy, i.e. containing phone numbers, addresses or other personal information
• Copyright violations
• Any content or discussion which may harass, threaten, embarrass or slander any person or entity;
• Any content or discussion which may offend any website or company including MLMS.ORG itself
• Any content or discussion which may transmit via MLMS.ORG any information, data, text, files, links, software, chat, communication or other materials ("Content") that MLMS.ORG considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• Any content or discussion which may seek to impersonate, within the MLMS.ORG web site, any business or person, living or dead, famous or not; or which makes or promotes false representations
• Any content or discussion which may intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing MLMS.ORG or in connection with your use of MLMS.ORG in any manner.
• Any content or discussion that encourages illegal activity, or posting links to other websites that promote such activities

Any content containing any of the above will be deleted or refused for publication on the MLMS.ORG site.

MLMS.ORG also reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) to appropriate authorities in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Violation of any of our policies or Terms of Use may result in the termination of your membership to MLMS.ORG, deletion of your account, and deletion of all associated advertising and listings without prior notice to you or recourse.

PRIVACY POLICY

MLMS.ORG does not sell, rent, loan, or give away its mailing lists or membership information to third parties. This does not, however, prevent visitors from collecting and using information that you provide in your public posts, profiles, advertisements, or article submissions, in order to attempt to contact you. You are solely responsible for the contact information you provide on this site, so be certain it is information that you want to be widely available over the Internet. Also, given the political climate and our government’s unfortunate practice of infringing our civil liberties in the name of national security, while unlikely, we may be required to hand over information about you to the federal or state government if they request such information by issuing a warrant.

MLMS.ORG does not actively track or monitor our members’ activity on our site, with the exception of possibly monitoring appropriateness of any content that you may post. Some of the software that we use does incorporate cookies, but it is only for facilitating or enabling certain functionalities of the software and convenience of visitors, and not for any other purpose of which we are aware. Some of the banners on our site may utilize cookies, but those are third party applications generally used to track pay-per-click type activity or affiliate program tracking. You may choose to disable your computer’s ability to accept cookies, however doing so may disable certain functionalities within the MLMS.ORG web site.

You agree, by joining MLMS.ORG, and through your use of our website, to receive periodic newsletters, communications, or notices from MLMS.ORG. In addition to news and information items, these communications may contain additional information such as updates about our website, status reports on your advertisements on or submissions to our website, notices regarding content submissions, or advertisements and solicitations from third parties. If your email address is found to be non-functioning for an extended period of time, via repeated bounce backs, etc., we may elect to disable your account, and you may lose access to your member account, and not be able to log in. If this happens, you can contact us with your updated email information, and we will reactivate your account.
