MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Our membership is open to all individuals who are legitimately working to build a legal and ethical multi-level marketing business. How this standard is defined and applied, however, is subject to the sole discretion of MLMS.ORG ownership and management. Applicants who are promoting any venture which we determine to be potentially or outright illegal or unethical, will not be approved. If you feel that your membership application has been denied unfairly, please email us, and we'll discuss it.

We do not consider affiliate programs, downline builders, or multi-level ebook resale schemes to be true or legitimate multi-level marketing businesses, so applicants submitting them as their exclusive qualifications for membership eligibility will not be approved. This is ESPECIALLY TRUE for those ebook programs that purport to reveal the magic secrets of successful multi-level marketing; training materials that offer to teach multi-level marketers how to successfully work their business; or service companies that claim to facilitate the rapid growth of an MLM business. Our logic is that if your system REALLY works, you will be using it yourself to blow the doors off your own legitimate multi-level marketing business/distributorship. So, if your aim is to become a member in order to promote your wares, you MUST also be a part of the multi-level marketing industry as an active distributor, and not just someone trying to take advantage of our members in order to make a fast buck.

If you aren't an active multi-level marketer, but are adamantly convinced that your product works, and feel that you are being unfairly discriminated against, we'll make you a deal.... Send us your product, or let us try your service FREE, and we'll test it out. IF, AND ONLY IF, we find it offers some genuine benefit, and to be a good value for the money, we'll post a link to your web site, or join your free affiliate program and promote it ourselves.

We do not discriminate against any potential member for any reason of race, religion, age, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, or political affiliation. We do screen all applicants based on their answers to questions given in the initial membership application in order to verify that they are indeed real people, and are active and legitimate multi-level marketers. We do this in an effort to screen out spammers who would otherwise attempt to use our web site to post objectionable, illegal, spam and/or abusive messages, links, and advertising to our community.

We do reserve the right to terminate individuals who we feel have been deceptive about their status to gain access to our site for the purposes of abusing our web site facilities or its members. And we reserve the right to terminate any member for any behavior we deem to be abusive, or which violates of our Terms Of Use, or ethical standards.

Currently, membership in MLMS.ORG is free, and there are no purchases required to join.
